How the research agent works
Retrieval, reasoning, and where the agent stops.
The agent retrieves from a corpus of primary sources — filings, transcripts, reports, and prior consented expert sessions — and reasons across them. Every factual statement is grounded or labeled.
- Verified — pulled from a primary source we can cite.
- Inferred — reasoned across verified points, labeled as such.
- Unknown — no basis to answer; the agent routes to an expert.
The agent will not upgrade an inference to a fact without a source, and it is built to recognize the edge of what documents can tell you.
